Oakmont Ranch sits on 85 acres of scenic, lush, fertile propery amongst the gentle rolling hills of Murrieta, CA. We are located just off the 15 highway and within just over an hours drive time to all the major Southern California racetracks. Our facilty is equiped with a modern, well ventilated 40 stall barn, wtih fully matted oversize stalls each with individual windows and automatic waterers. The updated automatic fly system accompanies the newly installed sound and surveillance security camera system throughout the barn and property. Grooms and night watchmen quarters are also located within the barn. Oakmont also boasts the luxury of numerous grass turnouts which include ,three 4 acre paddocks, three 3/4 acre paddocks and sixteen 1/8 acre grass paddocks for smaller individual turnout. Along with twenty four newly erected, lighted, and covered sandpens, measuring 24' x 40' each. In addition to our racetrack also maintained is a 50' enclosed dirt round pen for breaking with viewing stand, a indoor arena adjacent and accesible from the barn for hand walking purposes, and a large oversize European style outdoor walking ring. The Aquatread and Eurociser are located just steps from the barn making everything easily accesible and horse friendly. The fresh air and serene surroundings complete this beautiful location.
